Uthappam


Content - 
200 grams of rice, 
1/2 tea spoon of fenugreek seeds, 
100 gram, urad dal, 
150 gram, toor dal, 
Svadamujaba salt. 
Tomato according to desire. 
The desire onions. 
Green chillies. 


Method of making - 
Place the hook in the water and rice seeds soak for 5 hours. Urad dal and toor daal paladi are also various different pot with water up to 5 hours. Now everybody take a fine grinding in a mixer. Then make rice, urad dal and toor alane mix well in a bowl and put salt in it take knead well. The miksacarane two night stay. 

Then spread the mixture of the two ends of a non-stick pan and put oil on it. Tyaraba from chopped tomato, onion and green chilli hook pakavo other side. When this becomes golden brown ranganu it all with nariyalani sambar sauce.
